  1. Define the queue name and reception desks with your team.
  2. Display the QR code at the entrance and test getting a number on a phone.
  3. Test calling, display and arrival confirmation before opening to customers.

Frequently asked questions

Must customers provide a phone number or create an account?

No. The journey asks for neither an account nor a phone number. Customers scan the QR code and keep their page open to follow their call.

How do customers know it is their turn?

Their number and its status remain available on their phones. A reception screen can also display calls. This journey does not rely on SMS notifications.

Do I need the Restaurant plan?

No. Queue management is available on its own, with no other subscription required. It is also included in Restaurant. See the pricing page to choose the right plan.

Can staff choose the next group?

Yes. They can call the next customer or select a group based on available seats, then confirm arrival and complete the welcome.

What equipment should I prepare?

Prepare a visible QR display at the entrance and a connected device for staff. Customers use their phones with Internet access. A reception screen is optional; hardware and on-site installation are separate.

Can I try it before subscribing?

Yes. The demo is available without an account. Get a number, switch to the staff view and simulate a call. It uses a fictional example and creates no real tickets.
